      Stay away from this company at all cost

      Pros

      40% company match for the 401K plan, assuming you can stay long enough to be vested.

      Cons

      Company turnover is atrocious, both for people leaving on their own due to the low pay and others being terminated. They claim that honesty and integrity are core values but do not use these when dealing with employees or customers.

      Pros

      Excellent product and rank and file employees are great. 401k plan isn’t bad and free coffee. You can see it’s not easy to find pros.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is arrogant, incompetent, and frankly terrible humans. They are condescending, set unrealistic goals and finds way of cheating employees. I would highly recommend anyone that has other options to not join this company.

      Pros

      Co-workers are the only positive but there is a revolving door.

      Cons

      Sr. Leadership are clueless. They cannot correct processes and make everything more complicated than it needs to be. Constant blame game between departments. COO has no manners. Talks down to everyone and disrespects in my opinion. Other SLT team members follow suit in fear including HR director. CI Manager is lacking leadership skills and leads with intimidation in my opinion.
