Business Outlook
Pros
Fair Pay, and work/life balance, especially compared to comparable positions at other freight companies. Union drivers have a very good deal, and drivers in general with this company are well compensated and a cut above due to the strict standards for employment. Happy drivers make the job run much more smoothly.
Cons
Parts of the job are rigid. Some policies are behind the times and could be more productive if updated. Evaluations are somewhat frustrating due to being evaluated by a manager that does not know my job very well and therefore doesn’t know what the parameters of good or bad are concerning it.
