      Be a Team Player doesn't mean just among Supervisors

      Pros

      12 Hour Shifts 4-Days on and 4-Days off with average pay. Enjoyed working with the Union Employees.

      Cons

      Upper management did not have a clue about the proper way to handle Union Employees. Treated them as though they didn't have a brain. It was a Us (management) against them (Union employee) attitude. You can't work as a team when you have that kind of atmosphere. My definition of Team is working with the whole group.

      Pros

      Sound management, debt free, good benefits and strong vision for the future. Ahead of the game on technology for dock workers, good regular equipment upgrades.

      Cons

      Stressful due to service commitments... outside open dock environment. Challenging to find market share due to competition and rising fuel costs.
