Mandatory six day work week and only holiday off is Christmas and they start back up at 1201 midnight. They need to realize employees are human beings with lives besides work. Some management there can be very petty and not above childish games. They're not above wasting company money in doing so. There is a need of a adult in the room for accountability. If Ft. Smith made aware of wasteful games they stop for a short time and I feel if Ft. Smith knew about all of the games they would clean the place up. When you realize what and how they are there is no way you can have any respect or regard for them. It's a shame it could be so much better there with some changes.
