Good company to work for and benefits are satisfactory. Working with your coworkers is very important to get the work done.

Cons

Company does not allow the freedom of the sales rep to get involved with the pricing for the customer. You can't manage margin that you can't get!

Stability and company structure, worked for the company as a sales consultant until 9/11. Great training quality service, National and international service

Cons

New to the area, I have not worked for ABF since 9/11, challenging work schedule with intense work demands. Some managers are more demanding than others
