      Pros

      ABF Freight is a great place to work. They pay well, are invested in their employees, promote from within and are continually expanding to new services.

      Cons

      The only con would be ABF is a desirable place to work and competition for jobs can be tough.

      Pros

      Competitive salary/benefits Great hours Healthy work environment Attractive incentive/bonus opportunities Gives you a lot of room to advance in the company Strong management team that is constantly aiming to improve

      Cons

      The only real con that I can think of is a history of high turn over that has in the past led to territory restructuring for the entire group. This has caused certain territories to remain "low priority" and have frustrated the customers who are there. I don't know that this can truly be considered a "con" though as that is the nature of any sales based job. This has also improved in my time in this position.
