You can make really good money here and the drivers can be really cool

Cons

Zero work life balance, and getting promoted is about who you know(or blow) not what you know. You'll make pretty good money, but be in a financially abusive relationship with them. No time to spend the money you earn because you're working your tail off 14-16 hour days making SALARY pay. By the end of your 16 hour day youre making less than minimum wage to be yelled at by drivers, bosses, customers and coworkers. And God forbid you tell your bosses about it, they'll give you the cold shoulder and ignore you until you're a shell of the person you were. Its all take a no give.

Steady paycheck, and this is a job where with time, you will learn what to expect on any given day.

Cons

Constant changes to schedule based on need. Don't get me wrong, I'm no stranger to swinging, but this company takes it to a whole other level, especially at smaller service centers. Expect to work 12 hour days 5 days a week at a minimum. OMs and TMs typically too stressed by their direct leaders to properly interact with Supervisors. To them, Supervisors are the ones that all the frustration can be taken out on. They blame supervisors for poor numbers but do little themselves to help improve things.

Great benefits and pay, union.

Cons

We make record profits and now we're laying people off and on every 2 weeks. It's stupid. We're busy and don't have enough help, but still laying off. Stop the games.
