      Union Health insurance is exceptional Great work environment Profit sharing up to 5% yearly 100% pay rate after 4th year Pension-fully vested at 5 years Paid vacation, sick days, and personal days 1.5x pay after 8 hours 1.5x pay on 6th punch 2x pay on 7th/8th punch

      Cons

      New employees starting after July 16,2023 will have to do 5 years to hit 100% pay rate due to new contract. Low/average pay for your 1st 1-3 years Dental is ok
