Upward mobility. Company keeps employees informed of changes. Company is fair and reasonable to employees. Company is growing and profitable.

Cons

If you can't work for ABF you can't work for anyone. Some employees have to work nights and weekends which is a negative to the younger generation.

Pros

All in all a great place the only reason I plan on leaving is to return home. My single complaint would be their top end pay is not competitive. besides that I have enjoyed my time spent with this company.

Cons

Not close to my home. Had to drive to the terminal every day. Long Hours, Bust my butt to make ends meet and mention going home and they give you loads that pick up 200 km further from home making it very hard to get home for decent home time.
