      Pros

      lots of experience the training is great very diverse roll the work is steady the over all experience is positive

      Cons

      the long hours can be draining different shift times that are rotated every few weeks. the responsibility level is very minimal until one is hired on and shipped to another terminal

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Most equipment is maintained fairly well.

      Cons

      Have no problem letting you sit for a day or more waiting for freight. Union rules favor only the few at the top. Company seems to manipulate rules to their benefit despite union.
