Pros
Good pay and the job is extremely easy. There is not much thought process to the job, just have to understand the systems they run.
Cons
Teamsters can be very insubordinate and you have no power to do much about it. There is also a lack of a team environment, where most supervisors only care about themselves. You work a minimum of 48 hours a week and be prepared to work nights, weekends and all holidays.
