ABI Document Support Services reviews

I have been with ABI for over 3 years now. It is a good job and yes there is a lot of work. You make calls to get documents for litigation cases. The client's are not easy always easy to please and have unrealistic expectations on how quick they should get records, but what clients' are reasonable. The management team here are very dedicated to the employees success. They go above and beyond to mentor and coach. Those that have left are those that just did not try or care. Those that have left were not team players, they called out, came in late continuously, worked without any sense of urgency except when they were making or taking a personal call. Before I join ABI I worked for a company with the same type of issues, so when you read the reviews, know that you put into what you get back. We have a great team, many of whom are my friends and a comfortable environment. If you have a good work ethic and want to feel part of a team, join us.

- Coworkers are friendly and care about you. - Management is personable and approachable. - Really straight forward job. In the mornings we put paperwork together, then the rest of the day we usually are calling for records to come in. - It can can get incredibly busy but your days usually fly by, which is a good thing.
