Pros
- Coworkers are friendly and care about you. - Management is personable and approachable. - Really straight forward job. In the mornings we put paperwork together, then the rest of the day we usually are calling for records to come in. - It can can get incredibly busy but your days usually fly by, which is a good thing.
Cons
- The benefits can be improved and less expensive. Also, they should have some type of 401k match.
