Pros

ABIS is like going somewhere and spending time with your best friends. I love everyone here! Great environment and great people.

Cons

I really can't think of any. It is a little intimidating to be around such a group of bright people. I used to be the brightest bulb in the kitchen, and now I'm average.

Pros

The environment, management, philosophy and product are all top well thought out. Great culture. If your are all about money and not great work life balance while providing the best product, you might not fit in with the company culture.

Cons

Pros

ABIS gave me a chance to succeed even though my experience was less than desirable. I love the family atmosphere and have never felt like a number. They call both the employees and the clients Familia, or Family. It just feels good to work somewhere that has that as a priority.

Cons

I can't think of any.
