Pros

My fellow employees are amazing! This is the best team I have ever worked with. The management truly care about us and are willing to do whatever it takes to help make us successful. I feel I can grow my career and my advancement is up to me!

Cons

ABIS is fast growing and everyone has a lot of irons in the fire. There is always lots to do, and keeping organized is a challenge for me.

Challenging with perfect work-life balance

Pros

This is the best company I ever worked for. Employees are valued and trusted by a management team that is open to new ideas. We work in a challenging but rewarding environment where everyone giving 100% of their potential will be successful. The work-life balance is amazing and we work in one of the coolest offices in Houston, with a full gym with showers, lounge room with ping-pong table and bar, as well as a panoramic view of downtown.

Cons

Expect to work in a start-up environment. Work is challenging, you will have to be ambitious, motivated and relentless to push the company forward and be successful as a professional. In my opinion, it means that you will never be bored; but if you are looking for a simple job with a hierarchy that hands you things on a platter, this is probably not the right place.
