No respect for employees. If you raised a legitimate concern you were treated like you weren't even human. Supervisors were chosen that couldn't fail any higher, and couldn't get another job even when they tried. You were expected to do whatever you were told no matter how unethical it was, and if you exposed a coworker's misconduct with evidence you were threatened with being fired for being a whistler blower. ABM would make promises to their customers, take their money, and than fail to provide the services they had promised while pocketing the money. ABM likes to hire failed cops to boost their reputation in security, but these morons only know how to break all the rules, frame people, and provide horrible customer service. The SEIU was in complete collaboration with ABM, and always sided with the company. The union rep always told you the management at ABM was great, and you should be completely honest. When you followed the SEIU's advice you were fired based on false accusations and the SEIU dragged their feet and refused to help you.

Parking division is immaterial and gets slighted in support resources, disproportionate to its high risk. Financial reporting systems are ineffective user-hostile byzantine labyrinths not designed for central control and monitoring of site operations.
