Pros

Good pay and benefits. Some departments are able to work from home.

Cons

Very poor processes and procedures. The leaders have ZERO leadership abilities. They have many VP's that travel allot, to do what no one knows. Forget trying to take a vacation, unless you are a VP. No work/life balance at all. You work every day and weekends. Employees are very under appreciated.

Constant pay check, steady hours, other than that nothing at all

Cons

I have been an officer with ABM for almost 2 years now I have asked for raise countless times to no prevail. My manager is not involved at all. Had problems with a client being verbally assualtive twoards me and my supervisor and nothing was done about it, we were told that he has been known for being verbally assualtive and just to try and ignore the issue!!!!

Easy work for good pay... Great benefit package

Cons

Some employees have worked for over 30 years and can't get weekends off... No rotating weekends no support from management counts severe weather state of emergency absences against you... no room for growth
