      "We are one" they Say - But who are "we"

      Well you get promoted or get a rate increase if you know someone - not for the job you do.

      Cons

      Is hard and difficult to get promoted, or relocated, is not about the employees is about the customer/client. The "We" they talk about is upper management, not us the ones that run the locations and keep the lots running.
