Pros
Job itself wasn't bad. Assisting customers with payment if needed, doing cleaning rounds every couple of hours, acting as backup security, and otherwise just sitting in the office watching the cameras and the exit doors.
Cons
Managers do not know which fights are worth fighting. I got verbally abused by a coworker for relieving him 2 minutes late. Now, while I understand being late is not okay, allowing a coworker to verbally abuse their peer is unacceptable to me. The manager decided to side with the abusive coworker and not reprimand them. In addition, when I went to pick up my final check, they could not track it down and it took hours before it was finally given to me. This speaks volumes of their disorganized nature as a company.
