Pros

Good money great schedule. Higher up leaders are good people and have always treated me fairly. I will eventually leave for more money but this would be an easy job to stay in as it’s very comfortable

Cons

A lot but the pay is good and the schedule is nice and they’ve always treated me fairly. The boss is a terrible person and that makes the job stressful

1. There are some cool people 2. Can get a decent exposure to accounting/finance 3. Very nice office space 4. Have been accommodating for allowing WFH during COVID

Cons

1. It's a place where people work, so if all you care about is a paycheck you may thrive here 2. It is a mega-corp, so prepare yourself for the endless bureaucracy. Getting system access can take like 2 weeks 3. Upper management is inept and not with the times. The service line workers get paid poverty wages for providing an essential service (janiorital, parking, maintenance etc), but management only care about their bonuses 4. Accounting department is a zoo. Processes/technology/people, the flow can be very broken 5. Overburdened staff. Mandatory hours required
