      Uaf staff is very friendly and will recoginse your hard work.

      Cons

      10 months into a pandemic they refuse to reward our hard work and sacrifice. The management can't even be bothered to wear a mask or enforce social distancing. management has zero empathy and extremely poor communication. If your looking for a job that will reward your hard work, this isn't it.

      If you're a slacker, you can literally get away with not doing your job, but still collect a salary.

      Management not aware of what is happening in their own departments; executives not aware of what is happening in their own divisions; zero regard for employee satisfaction; zero support for employees; zero accountability for employees or entire departments not doing their job
