So I'm happy that you feel you can learn a lot from your colleagues. In addition, the satisfaction of our employees is of course also important to us, so it's nice to read that you also perceive this point in the same way. To address your negative point as well: You are right that for our non-technical employees, the focus is still on on-site work. Nevertheless, we have introduced a hybrid model so that all our employees can work remotely at least on Mondays and Fridays. We are happy to have you on board! Best regards, Friederike
