I'm glad to hear that you had a good start at ABOUT YOU and are happy with the working environment and dynamics at our HQs in the heart of Hamburg :) Nevertheless, I'm saddened to hear that you are not as satisfied with the financial compensation for your work. As we are still quite a young company, we can not keep up with long-established companies but are pretty keen on creating value for our employees that goes beyond money. Therefore, we offer internal training, focus on open communication and a pleasant working atmosphere and providing growth opportunities for everyone. Fast Growing and Ambitious Company with an Awesome Culture

Pros

- fast-paced - trial and error approach (gives the opportunity to learn) - young crowd and leaders (good company-wide culture) - a unique product for B2B (about you cloud) - infrastructure is always evolving as per technology - new ideas are always welcomed - easy to switch jobs internally in the company

Cons

- avg salary - sometimes road-map isn't clear and it changes many times depending on the company direction - no performance-based appraisals/bonus etc.

I'm glad to hear that you are satisfied with your job and the company culture as well as the provided opportunities to learn and the product you are working on. Furthermore, it's great that you feel like new ideas are always welcome since we think that new ideas are what carries us forward as a company! Nevertheless, I would also like to address to constructive criticism you mentioned above. We are always working on improving communication structures, adjusting salary levels and overall making everyone feel like their opinion matters and makes an impact.
