I'm glad to hear that you had a good start at ABOUT YOU and are happy with the working environment and dynamics at our HQs in the heart of Hamburg :) Nevertheless, I'm saddened to hear that you are not as satisfied with the financial compensation for your work. As we are still quite a young company, we can not keep up with long-established companies but are pretty keen on creating value for our employees that goes beyond money. Therefore, we offer internal training, focus on open communication and a pleasant working atmosphere and providing growth opportunities for everyone.
