      Pros

      Working at About You always enables you to bite more than you can chew. Which is perfect for people starting their career to actually learn their limits and how much it actually takes to do something from start to finish. As most people don’t really know what they are doing, or live in a delusion they are amazing, you will almost never get told not to do something.

      Cons

      If you turn out to be super capable, reliable and successful, don’t expect that promotion and salary will follow. As no one asked you to as much as you took on, they have no feeling of duty to reward you. So, do your basic tasks and go crazy only on things you really want to get more experience with, so at the end you are actually only paid in that experience.

To be fair, our salaries are based on team- and company-specific salary frameworks, which we constantly renew. In addition, we try to offer our employees other non-financial benefits.
