      Very cooperating, approachable and helpful colleagues and this is a work culture that is encouraged from top down, so this is a kind of environment anyone joining here is most likely to get irrespective of the team :)

      Cons

      For a newcomer, it might be a challenge to understand the technical process flows, could take a while to get hang of it
