Pros
On-site or remote option, code.talks, competitive salary, but could be better. Great people.
Cons
There is a little bit of a mess in the top management, bad communication, bad HR - a lot of promises and trickery. I feel like the company is on the edge of massive layoffs, either by the management or employees themself, overall morale is down at the moment due to increased budget cuts and a terrible market. High employee turnover, creates high technical debt. Remote employees aren't treated the same as the ones working on-site.
