Pros

It's better than working retail, but not by much.

Cons

They lie about sick pay/PTO, framing it as if they bank the standard amount into one pool of PTO, however, the total PTO accrual is equivalent to only two weeks. You can't leave or get time off without PTO, and you don't get sick pay, so your whole year's worth of PTO usually goes to being sick or having to go to the doctor or something. I have never gotten an actual vacation working here. If your client misses a day, you're expected to find the extra time on weekends or holidays to make it up so the company can get money. The working conditions are sometimes downright hazardous, with many employees getting sent to the hospital. When I got sent to the hospital, I was still billed for the visit, and am still getting texts to pay it even though the injury happened at work. They genuinely do not care about anything but making money, they're passive-aggressive, and lastly, they stopped compensating long time employees by capping pay at 21/hour. That's not even close to enough for living in Utah and everywhere else pays more except places like bridgeway, which are horrible.
