Remote work (however, work location is not flexible. You must stay in your home)

Cons

Be prepared to take no time off ever. Every time you’re off, you have to use PTO no matter what. The kicker is- you start with a 0 balance and accrue 6 hours a month. Ridiculous. You end up using it all to just go to medical appointments. And if you have kids- good luck Charlie. No flexibility. Your job/ department will completely change multiple times a year and you must go through a completely new training to transfer to a new department multiple times a year- as higher ups are never happy.

Pros

The pay is good, right now im only getting 3 hour but that because I only work with one client so once I get a 2nd client I'll be working more hours obviously.

Cons

I di t know if these may be comingfrom my behalf for not communicating about it yet but all of my clients are like 1 or 2 hours away from my house. I wish I had closer clients. But I can't really complain since I have spoken to my ABA about it. Plus they do pay for your drive.
