Thank you for your feedback. Our Columbus, GA. Plant is a completely voluntary UAW union plant that the employees elected to do many years ago, currently less than 3% of our ABX team are part of the Union. Georgia is a Right to Work state and team members choose if they would like to pay dues or join the union. ABX has worked in partnership with the UAW and its local leadership to reach our common success. All other ABX plants are currently not part of any unions.
