ABX is also committed to enhancing its compensation, benefits, and employee experience. Inflation has made it a difficult year for us all with the cost of many products on the rise. This is why ABX decreased employee insurance costs or held them flat for our vision plan, all dental plans, and 2 out of 3 medical plans (the only plan with increased premiums was for our gold plan where employees now only pay 10% coinsurance instead of 20%...twice as good!) We are not aware of any organizations decreasing the cost of insurance, but ABX did and we will continue to assess our package to ensure that we can attract and retain top talent.
