A lot of OT opportunities Great Coworkers Good Upper management

Cons

Terrible Bathroom situation when you’re out driving. Have to get used to going to dirty Bart bathrooms or finding a store where you can tolerate the public bathroom.

Great pay for those who want to work. You can make alot of money driving, and the benefits are amazing.

Cons

Divisive culture created by management. Supervisors and upper management create a hostile work environment for drivers. Stressful work environment given the nature of the job, but made even more so by aggressive and disrespectful supervisors. Superintendents who belittle and disrespect drivers as well don't help the situation. Workplace is hostile due to district employees vs union employees being the mindset promoted here.
