Supervisors are abusive to operators. There is no accountability. Management throws operators under the bus at every opportunity, and refuses to hold their supervisors accountable for destructive actions. New management came in preaching a operator first mantra, and has since switched up into an US vs THEM operation that permeates all aspects of the work environment. Operators have no respect or understanding from management. The district abuses the contract, and has bullied the union using the pandemic as ammunition to force them into submission. The operators risking their lives to keep the buses running are the ones losing benefits and power at the negotiating table. This job was great when I first started, but the job has become abusive to operators since. They need to replace the figures at the top for their lack of involvement in keeping a happy BALANCED workplace. This place is a dump!
