Everything is basically on paper. It's very old school and individuals will threaten getting the union involved if you do "their" job

Negative work environment (almost toxic), workers WILL bring you down if your not careful. Wayyy too much gossip and rumors and very little actual working... makes you loose work moral and makes you want to not work...
