Awesome English Department. The provide great support, training, guidance, and Judy Sanders (Department Chair) is excellent in every way.

Cons

As an online professor, you still have to hold on-campus office hours. That precludes all mobility and travel. **Concerning wages, adjunct employment at any college is extortion, but ACC actually pays a little bit better than most.
