Ability to directly assist students and your community, vacation/time off is extremely generous, decent healthcare.

Cons

Where to I begin? The HR department needs to be gutted. They never return phone calls or emails queries, have a subpar on boarding process (it doesn't exist), send out communication with private information (letters, emails, etc) to the incorrect people, and make the similar errors when submitting paperwork to healthcare providers and retirement accounts. Everything stems from HR.

Pros

Intellectual atmosphere for the most part. The given time off does not count against your vacation or sick time which is a great perk. Great health benefits for full time employees.

Cons

I can not think of a single one. Maybe if all locations were closer to drive to.
