Pros

ACC's a good employer to work for in general. Great benefits, decent pay.

Cons

Position isn't for the weak. Was not training enough and ultimately the team is still too small for the amount of work put on people. ACC should consider having a team of recruiters for each region of Central Texas/each campus of ACC. Seven to eight people do not deserve the amount of pressure put on them.

Cons

Accounts receivable is not timely with processing orders for the department. Causes problems with supplies needed for department and the relationship between department and supply company.
