Pros

Good healthcare, vacation benefits. Company truly cares about students and employees well-being. Work has real impact on student success.

Cons

Just cannot keep up with Austin standard of living in terms of salaries. Convoluted system of determining starting salaries based on prior experience listed on resume. Only way to move up in salary is to get a new position.

Cons

Unliveable salaries, most FT employees work 2 jobs. Management teams are often clueless. Hard to move around to different positions. Salary increases not based on merit. Hard to work up in salary once your in.
