The people who work at ACC seem to be dedicated to helping students. It's nice to work with people who enjoy their jobs. There are some innovative, far-sighted programs.

Cons

ACC has the bureaucracy of any large organization. It can be complicated and time-consuming to get simple things done. Wages are low compared to the private sector.

Great environment for students to build up their professional skills. Good pay , and flexible roles that allow you to build on your strengths. The people in Student Life really care about you and your development.

Cons

You have to be a bit patient with the administrative side of the work, and I had some concerns about the longevity of the program I was in.
