Good experience. There is plenty of work to go around since ACE operates "lean", so it is a great place to get experience for your resume.

Cons

Difficult to get things done. Prioritization can feel a bit like Hunger Games most of the time. May the odds be ever in your favor.

Too many, once you resigned they don't pay your incetive, money you worked for the previous month becuase you no longer work for them. So not professional, I guess they need the money more than we do.
