      If you are unhappy with your pay they will normally work with you. You have the opportunity to move up in the company.

      Cons

      The government is trying to limit the amount of pay day loans you can get so they are trying to do anything to stay relevant. The hours are really long and you frequently don't get breaks. There is an extremely high turn over rate.
