Easy, laid back with schedule flexibility

Cons

Very immature work environment, poor communication and employees get away with a lot. No bonuses or incentives to keep employees so turn over is high.

Decent place, Base pay plus stores bonus. District managers were team players. Coworkers very friendly. Regional HR department always helpful with employees concerns.

Cons

Long hours. Not able to go out for lunch. Too many stores get rob. Unsafe. Poor store safety. The stores needs to improve the cameras. Need a central location to surveillance the stores. Some stores camera equipment is too old.
