Bullet proof glass and decent pay.

Cons

Not enough people working on the majority of the days. You open and close alone which I think that's very dangerous, even though you receive a panic button, You also get secret shoppers which that sucks when you don't have enough staff because you loose your ''bonus" when you fail and you are extremely busy . Sometimes you even work alone with no break .
