Pros

You get the opportunity to work interdependently and learn a lot of how loan processing works. They assign to a store nearest to you. If you have any questions there is always someone you can call to help you right away. District Manager is super friendly and even walks you through any help you may need such as your drawer not balancing.

Cons

You have to bring lunch or have someone bring it for you because you can't leave the store all day. You have to learn other employees habits and method of working, which honestly isn't bad if you know how to go with the flow.

Really good hours, you get incentives for sales.

Cons

Long hours of work and bilingual stores get really busy and you would be there by yourseld sometimes.
