      Experience in banking and financial. Nice co-workers, great pay, great hours.

      Cons

      Can't leave until you are off. No breaks. Sometimes the manager is hard to get in contact with.

      Good experience, kind of an eye opener to the real world around you if you've lived a sheltered life, a lot of down time if you work at a slow branch,

      Cons

      Poor training, BAD upper management, no scheduled breaks and if you work at a busy branch you don't get 5 minutes to yourself. A lot of expectations for employees with little compensation. Get thrown under the bus by upper management.
