Pay is better than McDonalds, but not by much. I have heard people who work in similar positions for different companies tell me they make anywhere from $1 to $4 more per hour than what I make in less than half the time. No breaks, you sign a waiver giving up your rights to breaks when you get hired if the state allows it. Under staffed, they will not adequately staff your store. The beginning of the month is very busy for any financial institution and we only have one person in our stores handling a line out the door all day long. This can be very frustrating when the main sale is a prepaid debit card that has the worst customer service I have ever seen.
