Pros

A lot of down time allowed me to complete homework for college. There is the opportunity for travel time when they acquire new stores in other areas. If you can get in good with a district manager life will be easier.

Cons

No breaks, not allowed to leave for lunch. For the most part you work by yourself and that can get old very quick. You work long hours. Usually 10 hour days are the minimum. Security issues.

Flexible schedule, great co-worker(in my area at least), and decent pay. This is a huge company that is very much willing to reward hard work, honesty, and integrity.

Cons

Strange budgeting for hours by corporate, lends to under staffing of centers on busy days.

Decent Benefits, Free Pizza/cake once a month, learn a little bit of everything. Good co-workers

Cons

Very Stressful, Policies change every 2 weeks and other Dept wont let you know. You are dealing with angry customer's who cant pay their loans or are getting denied, and sometimes you dont have an answer for them. Ex. Customer gets denied all info you get is "customer does not qualify' you tell that to the customer and they say why? theres no other info given to you...Also you are require to create a ticket while on the call. no time in between calls. Avg 120-140 call a day... They will teach you new things, but beware they will only add up. Im a very patient person but even this place stressed me out. Its not healthy for you to be that stressed.
