Archaic managment style like men treated women in the 1950's...and I am a guy.

Pros

Central location. Great fellow colleagues and employees. Incredible health benefits. Forward vision by CEO. Freedom to decorate for holidays. Almost recessionary proof business model.

Cons

Horrific PTO policy. Pay for managers $20K less than other companies. They promote people that may not have proper education into director titles who do not know how to manage salaried employees and often are down right verbally harassing. Lousy operations management. To perform simply customer service, you almost have to have an IT degree.

It's been ok. The first time you are alone is the worst. Everything that can go wrong, does.

Pros

Independence. When you are working alone it's the best. I so rather be alone then working with somebody else. It's also the downside of the job.

Cons

Working alone. When it gets busy, it can get really stressful because of course you want to get customers in and out as fast as possible and it gets hard when you are by yourself.
