      They will pay everyone in the area wildly different pay not based on experience but on a whim. The fact you have to secure a certain # of loans is not good.

      Paid well hourly and had bonus incentives if you sell.

      Cons

      Long hours, Low work/life balance. Weekends mandatory. VERY UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT. When handling cash, people get desperate and it makes for unsafe working situations. ALWAYS BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS. High turnover rate. Low advancement opportunities past store manager.
