Pros

You work alone most of the time. Thats a good thing for people who have been there for a long time. Benefits, Bonuses (even if they are almost impossible), salary isnt bad.

Cons

YOu are locked in ta cage for long periods of time. Management doest help you much and dont even start with the helpless desk!

Salary was decent, you work about 65 hours a week.

Cons

They could not hire or retain any CSR's, so managers had to work every day and hour the store is open. They discontinued health benefits and instead offer a "Wellness Program". They do not caare about you or anything else but the bottom dollar. They have too many irons in the fire..payday loans, auto insurance, check cashing, bill paying, moneygram etc. Absolutely no work/life balance. And be prepared to be threatened with your job daily..You are just a number, and they have no problem telling you that. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy..I worked for them 2 years and it only got worse.
